RETURN CONDITIONS
30 DAY HASSLE-FREE RETURN POLICY
We hope you are fully satisfied with any product you purchase from us, however if for any reason you were not, and the item is eligible for return pursuant the below conditions, you may request a refund with our 30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy.
Requirements:
- Return must be requested within 30 days from date of purchase.
- Product must be: I. in its original condition and packaging (with no alterations, damages or defacements), II. Must contain all accessories and documentation and, III. Must be in acceptable condition (no scratched, damage, etc.).
- The Customer has obtained the Return Authorization Label.
Exclusions:
- Products that have been used or damaged by incorrect installation.
- Telescoping masts products.
- Products that have not been purchased directly from the TELEVES website.
How to return a product?
The Customer must complete and submit the Online Return Authorization Form to validate the return and receive a shipping label. Once authorized, the Customer shall have a maximum period of 15 days to make it effective.

What will you get refunded?
If your return meets the above requirements, you will receive a full refund of the price less the cost of shipping ($9.95 for all small items and $19.95 for all large outdoor antennas plus Bexia Antennas).
Return cost of shipping from Non-Contiguous United States will be charged and assumed by the Customer.
When will you get refunded?
Refund will be made effective once the product is received by TELEVES after validation of 30-DAY HASSLE-FREE RETURN conditions.
What if it doesn’t meet the requirements?
Any items that do not meet the requirements of the 30-Day Hassle-Free Return policy will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
PRODUCTS RECEIVED WITH VISIBLE/NOTICEABLE DEFECTS
Products which have been delivered with visible or noticeable defects may be return, without any cost, either for replacing or for obtaining reimbursement.
In this case, the Customer must notice via the “Online Authorization Form” within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products with visible/noticeable defects.
No shipping costs will be deducted in this case.
