Televes USA Consumer Products Hassle Free Return Policy
Televes wants our customers to enjoy their purchases and guarantees our products meet our stringent specifications. We understand when dealing with television reception every installation is unique, so before returning a product please call or email our support department for help with installation questions or other product performance issues. 30 Day Return Policy:
- Customer not satisfied with a Televes product may return it to TELEVES within 30 days of product receipt for exchange or reimbursement as long as it is in factory condition and returned in its original outer packaging. Returns will not be accepted for any of the following reasons:
- Packaging is missing, incomplete, damaged, or defaced.
- Accessories, warranty cards, manuals, etc., are missing or damaged.
- Product and/or packaging are not in acceptable condition for resale (scratched, damaged, etc.).
- Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason.
- Products that have been used or damaged by incorrect installation may not be returned.
- Masts and any other mounting hardware are not returnable.
- If a rebate has been redeemed a product is non-returnable.
- Special order products are non-returnable.
- Only products that have been purchased directly from the Official TELEVES Corporate sponsored website may be returned. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- Return Shipping Cost for CONUS orders (Contiguous United States) will be deducted from the total refund on the amount of $9.95 for all small items and $19.95 for all large outdoor antennas plus Bexia Antennas. Return Shipping Costs for non-CONUS orders will be charged at actual cost and assumed by the Customer and will be calculated over the items purchased (weight and size), origin and return location.
- Before proceeding with the return and reimbursement of a product, the Customer must complete and submit the Online Return Authorization Form to validate the return and receive a shipping label. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Once authorized by Televes the Customer shall have a maximum period of 15 days to complete the process by making sure the product is available for pickup by the designated return shipper. Products may also be dropped off at an authorized return shipment location.
- Refunds will be processed once the product is received by TELEVES and after validation of the foregoing return conditions. The purchase amount, after deducting the return shipping costs, will be refunded via the same payment method used to purchase.
- Any items that do not meet the requirements of the 30-Day Hassle-Free Return policy will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense unless other accommodations are requested by the customer in writing.
- Televes at its own discretion retains the right to impose a 15% restocking fee to cover the cost of making returned products sellable as “used in new condition”.
- If a customer receives products with visible or noticeable defects, the Customer may return such products if: Communicated in writing to TELEVES within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products. In this event, once TELEVES has ascertained the existence of defects and the responsibility thereof, the Customer has a right to return the products either for replacement, repair, or for pre-approved reimbursement.
How to return a product?
The Customer must complete and submit the Online Return Authorization Form to validate the return and receive a shipping label. Once authorized, the Customer shall have a maximum period of 15 days to make it effective.

What will you get refunded?
If your return meets the above requirements, you will receive a full refund of the price less the cost of shipping ($9.95 for all small items and $19.95 for all large outdoor antennas plus Bexia Antennas).
Return cost of shipping from Non-Contiguous United States will be charged and assumed by the Customer.
When will you get refunded?
Refund will be made effective once the product is received by TELEVES after validation of 30-DAY HASSLE-FREE RETURN conditions.
What if it doesn’t meet the requirements?
Any items that do not meet the requirements of the 30-Day Hassle-Free Return policy will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
PRODUCTS RECEIVED WITH VISIBLE/NOTICEABLE DEFECTS
Products which have been delivered with visible or noticeable defects may be return, without any cost, either for replacing or for obtaining reimbursement.
In this case, the Customer must notice via the “Online Authorization Form” within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products with visible/noticeable defects.
No shipping costs will be deducted in this case.
