ABS plastic is noted for its high toughness, impact resistance and resistance to a wide range of temperatures, from very cold to very hot.
But not all ABS plastics are created equal. In our case, all Televes antenna parts are made of high grade UV and saline resistant top quality ABS plastic. In this way, our antennas are commercial grade products designed to withstand the elements for decades and are typically used in master antenna systems feeding buildings.
They are deployed by the millions all over the world, from scorching hot climates in Africa to bitterly cold in Northern Europe, Canada, and of course, all over the US.
