This domestic power supply unit feeds our antennas and mast amplifiers through the coaxial cable, also enabling the passage of the TV signal with no need of additional cables. It is an essential complement for its operation, offered as a replacement accessory.

How to get the best signal on your TV?
To ensure that you receive a good signal in your TV it is necessary to have a proper installation. Whether you use a smart antenna or a passive antenna with a mast amplifier, a power supply unit is required for them to work. In both cases, the power supply must be located downstream of the equipment to be powered, without intermediate devices, so as not to interrupt the current flow or the TV signal.
Thus, as shown in the application examples, when powering a smart antenna, the following items must be installed: Smart Antenna, Power Supply Unit and TVs; in the case of feeding a mast amplifier, the order will be: Passive Antenna, Mast Amplifier, Power Supply Unit and Tvs. Additional splitters can be included between the power supply unit and the TVs to expand the installation, only if the signal level is strong enough.
Finally, it is also recommended to have an adequate distribution network, with the lowest losses, to ensure that the signal coming from the antenna reaches all TV outlets at the correct level.

Stand alone preamplifier also called mast amplifier or boosters become the active component of the system when coupled with a passive antenna. In some cases depending on the quality, gain and noise figure of the pre-amplifier, it may not be able to sufficiently amplify weak signals resulting in pixilization or no signal at all. In these cases, it is recommended to install an intelligent antenna, amplifying the signal from the first moment, and, if necessary, also a mast amplifier.
